Wow! What can I say? I feel great! made it through my 7 days fast. Yes, it was rough, and not for everyone, but I still have quite a bit of weight to lose , at least a hundred pounds or more! eating healthy! mostly veggies and raw fruits. drinking lots of water, had a nice turkey burger last night to change things up! no fast food since September 28th, so that in itself is amazing! I am going to really start committing myself to a much more physical exercise program, as I see parts of me reducing and other parts still with stubborn fat, so I must rev up my cardio, free weights and aerobic workouts! going to do a 3 day fast right before Thanksgiving, and eat small portions all day throughout Turkey Day, without over eating! The key is getting a taste, so as not to deprive myself, but not pigging out either! portion control, and staying active are my immediate goals right now!
Will try to keep up my weight loss blog every day, but so much going on right now, I have to keep at it!
Gonna work with Dianna at Simplifast this week, to see what I can do to keep my metabolic rate revved up, because I know now this final 100 pounds is stubborn fat!
So we have to have a plan of attack to insure my weight loss and healthy lifestyle stay intact through 2010 and beyond.
I am getting ready to ROCK very soon my friends... Very Soon!
