Yes , It's Day # 5 and I'm still alive, and feeling great. Got a little hungry late last night, so I picked up my guitar and Played, Just like Yesterday, and I got on my knees and Prayed! (My apologies to The Who.lol) Sometimes we need prayer, and we get our strength from many sources, loved ones, will power, determination, but I find that prayer also helps in my weaker moments!
I want to thank my Sister Margo, Best Pal Dave Starkey & my friends Bill A & Bill W, (you know who you are!) for the words of support and encouragement. Also thanks to all my friends and fans on twitter, Facebook, myspace, you guys are my rock & your love and support is a huge part of my success!
So I will continue on this weight loss and health journey, knowing full well, the people who love me in this life, only want the very best for me!
