well, just getting up at 7 am is a major feat for me, King of the late sleepers, but I feel so much better! Today is the 10th day of my Simplifast regime, and I feel fantastic! Cracking open my current Fav Simplifast beverage Blueberry! The junk food cravings are getting less & less.
For dinner last night I had some Brown Rice, A piece of 100% Whole wheat Bread and a nice watermelon slice, was full and didn't have any fast food urges..
SO I hope this will be a productive weekend with more exercise thrown in the mix...
I have not weighed myself in a few day, but don't want to , until I conplete my second fast/detox/cleanse starting this Monday!
Wish me luck my friend, hoping to drop another 8-10 pounds next week!
Oh yeah, did I tell you, if you want to loser some weight aqnd charge a lifetime of bad eating habits, look into simplifast !! It WORKS!
