My name is Jay Link, I am a singer/songwriter for Los Angeles Rock Band Death and Taxes. It was by an act of God I met Dianna Toomey CEO and founder of Simplifast on twitter of all places.
At one point , my weight had ballooned to over 550 pounds and I was on my way to a certain early death. As an entertainer and public figure, being morbidly obese was almost the kiss of death for my music career.
