OK, Still here and feeling great! Had my last solid food last night!
Starting a brand new 3 or 4 day fast/detox/cleanse supervised of course.
Been 24 hours without solid food sipping Simplifast and lots of cold pure water.. ahhh
Doesn't that sound delicious!

On Friday, I have a movie shoot scheduled for the final scenes of the Indie movie by Bill Alexander "50 Way To Kill Your Lover". It is a dark Horror/comedy film, and I want to be at least a little funny by Friday..lol
