Healthy eating day # 9

Well, I am still feeling great this morning! Sipping Simplifast Strawberry right now.. Had a few almonds today & eating a banana right now.. No hunger, no junk food cravings, & have good energy! Drinking a bit more water...

Tonight will have a nice salad for dinner, brown rice & a small baked chicken breast sauteed in Lemon & Olive Oil (Greek Style ..Tikanis!.lol)

I am going to eat healthy all weekend, and start another 3 day fast/detox/cleanse Monday!
Have dropped 15 pounds in 8 days the bulk of 14 pounds in the fasting portion!
